Secondly, to clear up the whole single intentional preference issue, you should have been allowed to write down only one chapter. It is every pnm's right to SIP (aka suicide) but especially if you only went ot one pref party. Now some campuses will make you attend every party you are invited to up to the maximum parties for that round. So I am surprised that Panhel let you regret Alpha Chi for pref but then made you write down a second chapter on your pref card.
Also it used to be that if SIP'd and did not match you were ineligible for a snap bid but still eligible for COB. This rule was to discourage pnm's from writing down one chapter. However several years ago NPC reversed that unanimous agreement. Any women who SIP's is now eligible for a snap bid.
