"No tosses that start from a basket toss prep over hardwood floors. A cushioned surface, mat, or rubberized track are all considered fine". That rule went over like a lead balloon this year.
Not that falling out of a basket toss on a track is all that fun either.
I know that several university cheer squads are ground-bound. Duke is one, I think.
