Just read through the Greek Standards Initiative. I don't think it can be called a "contract." Anything where the purpose is described this way -- "the Greek Standards Initiative should serve as a resource document inthe spirit of self-betterment" -- and where we see "expectations" rather than "obligations" fails to meet the definition of a contract, in my opinion.

In any case, I didn't see anything in it one way or the other about withdrawal of University recognition -- just "expectations" with regard to GLOs that are recognized by the University.
