Thanks Doc,
My school didn't have continuous recruitment, so it seemed a little odd to me.
At Umass, about 75% of the recruits were in the Fall semester, and the rest during Spring.
Now that I look back on it, we really only had 2-3 weeks to recruit! Pretty much by late September, eveything was done.
