Riskey behaviout includes sharing tainted needles. The stats in the Af Am community have been unable to clearly determine whether it is men having sex with men or dirty needles. This is because many Af Am homosexual men self-medicate with drugs.
In the last few years, the blood supply has been cleaned of tainted blood. So for awhile this was an issue, it is not anymore. Today they won't even take blood from someone who has Hepatitus or any other condition.
