I'd call the county health department on every one of those places. I don't care if it's mean...you know how many germs and diseases you can get from that kind of stuff. Especially from just rinsing bar glasses in cold water. Oral herpes anyone?
I went to a cafe near where I work and they have a salad bar. There were flies around the salad. Ew. I saw two of the people who worked at the cafe just standing around talking to each other. I told them about their fly problem. One of the guys said without even looking over at me, "Yeah, we're working on it" and then went back to talking with his co-worker. I called the health inspectors that day.
You don't want to mess with me when it comes to food cleanliness! I'm a stickler for it.
There's a TV station in Atlanta that goes around inspecting all the local restaurants. It's awesome. They also post the health inspection ratings on their website. I always go to that website before going to a new restaurant.
