I think I'm showing my age by admitting this, but we opted to take the money we were spending on a gym membership and bought ourselves a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike and set it up in a spare bedroom as a home gym. We bought a strength system as well but it won't fit in there.
Still trying to decide whether we'll set that up in the garage or just sell it.
