Has your chapter been actively working with your AAC and Network Personnel for ideas and support? If not, do so ASAP because these women are in place to help! Are you in active communication with your MRC for programming, sisterhood and recruitment ideas? How have you been utilizing TPC to eliminate over-programming? Have you considered utilizing the smaller chapter model? There are plenty of resources out there and it's important to be pro-active in making these work for your chapter! Good luck!
