I started at the U of A as an undergrad and finished up my last year of law school there! I loved it! The campus is beautiful and they've been making lots of improvements on it. The programs you mentioned are all strong at Arizona, and you would just love love love Tucson! It is a wonderful college town--although not really a town. There's about 800,000 people in the entire metro area.
I say go for it! It won't hurt to apply.
