You seem to be VERY attitudinal with your response. Need I remind you that YOU are the one that asked for assistance and I, specifically, and others, took time to respond to your problem. If you have such a great handle of the law, why would you even need to ask for our "serious advice"? If you believe what you typed above is true, run with it. I hope it works out for you. I'll reserve the rest of my comments....
