First, giving credit where credit is due... the Foundation provides significant funding for The Workout - and many other terrific programs for the Fraternity. However, National Council made the decision to make The Workout an annual event.
It is likely that the schedule for the workout isn't completely finalized. I am sure that staff does not want to announce one time and have to correct it at a later date.
If you need a start time right away, you should probably shoot an email to your AED as she has direct contact with the staff members that are planning The Workout.
