First of all I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have been a member on this site for a little while and I took some time to just observe and be a silent reader before posting (I have posted only one other time). I want to say that the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha on this site truly handle themselves in a friendly, intelligent, and graceful manner. You all constantly inspire me!!! Please keep up the great work!!

I am a sisterfriend in Alabama and I aspire to one day become a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. I have been taking the time to read some of the threads that have been archived, as one of your members suggested, and it has been very helpful to me. I recommend this for any other sisterfriends and or aspirants who want to get some good advice or some basic information.

Also I noticed in some of the archived threads that the members were very helpful and had no problem with an interest emailing them with questions or concerns. I hope that a few abusers have not caused this resource to be disallowed b/c If I am chosen to begin the journey into your wonderful sisterhood and sorority I would love to be able to ask you all some questions as well as get some great advice.
