I think he's overreacting but I'll ask this first - is he upset because it was on this site & he's unfamiliar with greekchat? Would he feel the same if it was on the chapters website or if the photo was included in advertisements for next years event?

Even if the pictures weren't posted here it could easily have been passed around - one member shares with another - the next member post on a chapter list serv - next person shares with brother from another chapter - etc. My feeling is the way pictures/emails are shared these days you should assume at a public event your picture could be taken and if you aren't suppossed to be seen then you should stay home.
