This one was a candid shot. And I am referring to events like a party whether you pay admission or not, in a private home or not. But even if it was posed, the person being photographed should be told that the pic is not just for the scrapbook of the chapter or whatever, no?
For example, you asked me if you could take our pic. I knew it would probably get posted, but if I said yes as long as you don't post it I know you would have complied. That becomes more difficult when someone is just randomly taking pics.
