Our men are NOT commodities on an auction block to be purchased and sold to the highest bidder for an elicit escapade only to be discarded after they have been used. ok i feel you on this... but black women do the same thing. if i say, "hey i think ima get my swirl on," arent i objectifying white men and trying to get a taste?

but to answer the question . . . before I got married, I considered it briefly - not to quench any curiousity, but it was a genuine attraction. I decided being with a brother of another hue was NOT what I wanted to do . . . I love my brothers too much . . ..
for the most part, attraction transcends color lines... if you were "genuinely attracted" to a non-black man, it would be because:
--you find him attractive and he happens to be non-black
--you find him attractive due to the fact that he is non-black

in other words, was it an attraction to the looks or the skin?
