Typing/keyboarding errors are one thing. I'm sure plenty of us have typed "teh" when we intended to type "the" and from the context of what others type and what we read over, most of us accept that the odd missed keystroke and we carry on.
However, when the mistyped word causes the meaning to be the OPPOSITE of what was intended and someone writes that they want to be "apart" (i.e. excluded from consideration) from a group, as opposed to striving to "join" (i.e. become a part of) a member of that group, that is another thing entirely.
It reminds me of a certain GC'er who likes to write "foopah" to mean "faux pas". However, when I read "foopah", I think of "
FUPA", which IMO, is just plain gross.
