With graduation and summer vacation coming up, maybe consider inviting alumnae and/or parents and have a job fair/intership fair. This would give members the oportunity to use the skills learned at the resume, interview, and etiquitte workshops. AND you might be able to find jobs for your seniors and/or summer internships for the younger members. I find it amazing the connections people have, if only someone would ask them for the help.
