It can be one of two ways.
For what you accomplished and did to be outstanding.
Some are always revered while others just fade away.
Those who fade away do it with time or having no contact with the chapter. But, that means nothing when you are at least a member of a bigger thing.
Keeping in touch is helpful. Work with your chapter when you can!
I have found that many or maybe some of my chapters do family trees and we never did!
Our keynote speaker at this Founders Day was #501. So, He is the 500 Brother after me.
Just a thought. Heck I did not even know him, but I do now!
