My old advisor told us (we had an special meeting about it) We do not OWN the word Delta.,,,,,and if we did then other greeks wouldn't have the word delta in it (she used Tri Delta for example),,,and we don't OWN the colors crimson and cream.
Don't get me wrong she was P'O as well, but she told us that unless she wore Delta sigma Theta,,,,then there was nothing we could do...I also heard (but I never seen it ) that she had a crimson and cream shirt with 1913 on it....I still get angry when I think about it....This was 6 yrs ago....
