To my fellow Greekchatters - I need some assistance from you…
I am the Webmaster for the
Iota Phi Theta Fraternity National Website. Currently, the site is in version 4.5 and I am about to undergo my annual ritual of tearing it all down and rebuilding it. That’s where I need your assistance.
I am reasonably comfortable that the site provides all of the necessary information about the organization but I get the feeling that it doesn’t do a good enough job of letting people really
“get to know” Iota Phi Theta.
Remember – we are the youngest of the NPHC organizations and we don’t have nearly as many chapters as some of the other groups. As an example, AKA has about 600 chapters – we only have 180. Lots of people come to the site not knowing ANYTHING about the organization – our goal is that the site answer as many questions as possible in one visit.
I am trying to figure out how to use the site as a means for people to really
develop a feel for the fraternity and our membership. To that end, I welcome any feedback that I can get from anyone. I don’t have a problem with brutal honesty as long as it’s in the spirit of Greek Love.
