My issue with that would be more on the sisters side then anything. If sisters see they keep on getting "full" parties, whatever a full party is for them, and then wind up with a pledge class that is way under what quota is, they might not understand where they did wrong and what needs to be changed. If there is a big drop off after a party, they might have an easier time understanding and correcting the problem, and have a better chance of having a pledge class that is a little closer to quota.
