The post-partum depression is very possible. Although I think she was smart in dumping Federline, now she has less of a support system than before. Or maybe realing that Fed-ex wasn't for her made her realize how little reality she has in her life.
Whatever happened, I hope she gets a good therapist, and one who won't just tell her what she wants to hear because of the $$$$$
