Clam Chowder
1/2 c. butter, melt in pan.
add,
1/2 cup of flour and whisk.
add,
1 can evaporated milk, 1 can of water, juice off off clams and small potatoes.
green onions diced. salt to taste.
2 cans of baby clams.2 cans of whole potatoes, cut in small peices.
Makes @ 1 gal.
