Nice Tom. Sometimes it isn't the frat or sororities fault at all. Environments change, attitudes change, administration change.
I don't know what happened specifically, but it isn't always from not following the rules.
Many people are brainwashed in our fraternity to automatically assume that if a chapter shuts down, then they were not following the "rules". Many chapters have an automatic rush, a great environment and don't realize how hard some chapters have to work to keep their heads above water.
