Switching to Deferred Recruitment
Has anyone experienced the switchover process from formal fall recruitment to deferred spring recruitment?
What were the pros and cons?
The University of Miami is looking to make the switch in the next couple of years...I would like to know about the experiences of other schools so that I may share them with our recruitment committee.
