Hopefully this girl has grown up since high school and is no longer such a snobbish bitch. If not, and if everyone else likes you, she'll have a hard time explaining why she doesn't want you to join.
There were a few people from my HS who went Greek at my college, and the one time any of them brought up HS stuff involving me, one of the fraternity members basically told her to shut her pie hole. It was the awesome.
