I do know for sure that ChiO was founded in '98 because I rushed at UCF a year after they colonized. I remember our Rho Gammas mentioning that ChiO had colonized the year before.

Great. Richmond College is the former name of the University of Richmond, but it is also a college of the CUNY system in NY. I would bet that the Iota chapter was at the Virginia school, but if you know otherwise, let me know.
