I'm having a hell of a day, and just want to go home and stick my head under the covers. First, Wachovia is pissing me off to no end. At this branch they are total idiots.
Then I actaully get into the office, to find out that the checks we were expecting are being held up by the IRS, until possibly tomorrow. That means I have many people calling, expecting their refund today, and what do I have to do?
Tell them "The IRS is experiencing technical difficulty, and we may possibly have them in later today or tomorrow..." ugh.
