I am exxxxxxxxxtremely confused by your 3 posts thus far.
- You graduated college in 2004 and want to know if it is still possible to be a Delta.
- You asked your mother about the possibility (of becoming a Delta) but she says things have changed so much since then.
- Now you are looking for your mom's information because you want to see her again? (looking for what information and why?)
- Is your mother a Delta?
- How is your mother a part of a collegiate chapter after all of this time?
- What are the things that have changed so much since "then"? When is "then"?
- Even if things have changed, your mother should still know some basic things about DST membership.
Whatever city you are in surely there are some Deltas that you know personally that you can ask, i.e. the Deltas at the college that you went to, the Deltas at your job, the Deltas at your church, the Deltas you meet while doing community service, etc.
