There is 1 Canadian national - Delta Psi Delta, who have chapters at U of Ottawa and U of Windsor (side note - the U of W chapter has just closed as of fall 2001)
As for NPC groups, here they are chapter wise (I'm just listing those with with 4 or more open as there are several with 2 & 3 open and I don't want this to get too long

Alpha Phi - 5 open, 1 re-organizing, 1 closed
Alpha Omicron Pi - 5 open, 1 closed
Gamma Phi Beta - 4 open, 1 closed
Kappa Kappa Gamma - 4 open, 1 closed
Pi Beta Phi - 4 open, 2 closed
