I've heard of the video several times. I watched a little bit of it. It tries to represent a few unrelated events as somehow being related. It does a good job, but it's very Michael Moore-like.
Anyhow, as to the tax debates, I've found that the IRS answers are pretty solid. It's an interesting debate, but it's all been tried, and it's all failed.
