I have an associate who does this very same thing. Her behavior in public is preposterous. She is soooo embarrassing to be around. And don't let her be on her cell phone

SHAME you big time if she's on that darned phone!!!!
This type of behavior (I believe) begins at home. The girl that I spoke of above has a mother and aunts who do the same thing. Bad genes I guess.
