it's my opinion (and it is part of what i do for a living--predicting hollywood stuff)--that Whitaker, Mirren, Hudson and Murphy pretty much have their Oscars sewn up. Mirren especially. The other 3 might be overtaken as time goes on, but I doubt it.
Best Pic is a race between Babel and The Departed with Little Miss Sunshine having a small chance of pulling off a Crash like upset.
