If someone wants to dress scandalous it doesn't matter what theme is used. I second the idea of a Super Bowl party or something similar. We used to play sloshball (softball, keg at 2nd base) because it was a cheap and fun exchange.
There's also broomball, ice hockey with brooms and no skates.
