"Precious, shut up" is an instant classic with me. I like the juxtaposition of the patronizingly affectionate with the mildly, and yet appropriately, stifling.
On the surface it doesn't meet the standards of good manners, but it was probably the perfect response to the constant chatterer who had no regard for good manners anyway.
