I don't know what they do. I don't know what their process on how they deal with things is. What I DO know is that because this is a new process, because panhellenic on my campus is still new, that it still has a tendency to be a great big cluster-you-know-what. Don't put words in my mouth, and try to find some underlying meaning behind my post. Believe me, if I wanted to imply something, I wouldn't imply it, I'd flat out say it, thanks.
