If you're talking about transitioning from a local into a national group...

...then I would have to be the voice of dissension and say it is possible - my sorority is the example I have to offer. The group just has to be very focused on its goals and ideals, and have a plan in place for expansion.

For example - what makes you unique? What can you offer that existing groups may not offer? How do your governing principles already fit so as to encompass more than a solitary chapter, and how might they need altering?
