Soror Ideal08, i tried to get an AKA plate for OH as recently as '00. i contacted the BMV (1000 sorors are needed), i had a committee in my chapter, i had a design, AND sent letters to every active chapter in the state. several times. if you hadn't heard about it, it means folks weren't paying attention . now having said that, i would be willing to try again. i, too, want this to happen, but not with those sad patriotic plates
