Are you talking about chapter meetings? Are there specific topics you need to cover? I would guess that any campus faculty or administrator is going to be free. Nonprofits will provide speakers are no charge, as will many community agencies and city agencies.
Check with your student life office--universities and colleges often put together a free speakers list.
