"Trick" to stay on plan?
I'on know if this would be considered a trick, but I just got through reading this book by one of the doctors that appeared on Oprah, Dr. Oz. The book,
YOU on a Diet was the best thing I could have every read that really looked at dieting from a medical, psychological, mental, emotional and physiological point of view and it made more sense as to why things happen (at least for me) the way they do. The one thing that stuck out to me was the food meter, gagging your fullness. I’ve incorporated a lot of the food, exercise and thought process from the book. Eat walnuts (which I use to hate till now) before a meal; ask yourself, if you are really hungry and why do you want to eat? So far so good, I’m down 20lbs from my start on WW in June, done to a size 14/16 (the 16’s are getting a bit too lose) and discovering my curves and my butt
