At my school, and most i'm sure, you have to be active for a full year before you can be considered for a Rho Chi position - so i definitly plan on applying for the 2002 fall recruitment period!
! This year, we had 28 Rho Chi's - each soroity (there are 12) must be represented, adn the remaining positions are given to the best women for the job!
