Since there are members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc who are producers of the film, did you all utilize the proper channels to gain usage of trademarks of the Fraternity in the movie? If not, then you know that you could possibly be facing a lawsuit regardless of your membership. We all have rules and regulations that come with our membership and if you have violated them, the organization's legal counsel is justified in requesting the Cease and Desist of the film distribution.
