And still my other fave were the two friends in LaJolla (San Diego) who had their party @ the Hard Rock. Not so much the party but the money they raised was donated to a breast cancer org. I also liked that the one girl (brunette) loved "collared shirts. I love the preppyness of it all" I liked her classic look with a current twist. If I had a daughter, that's how I would want her to dress. |
I loved loved loved Jacqueline and Lauren's birthday party. These girls were rich and privileged, but they totally gained my respect when they took the time to
thank the staff at the Hard Rock for working at their party.
I don't know why, but I also liked Divya and Priya's Golden Jubilee. You remember, the Indian sisters from Beaumont. It wasn't so much the car and whining -- as their dad's a prominent cardiologist and they both have Bentleys despite not having driver's licenses -- but it was funny seeing them trying to outdo each other.
But my personal favorite was Chelsi's Roman themed party, where the guest totally wrecked her birthday cake. Her sour "pity me" face was priceless and I just wanted to shake her.
