I TOTALLY AGREE with your sentiments. I told my mom that this morning. Too often we buy a CD with "17 tracks" -- 3 are interludes, 5 are straight garbage but we still get charged $14-17 for the CD. Now an Angie Stone, Jill Scott, Mary J. does not bother me to pay $14 for but a hmmmmmmmm lemme think, a mediocre artist makes my "nether regions" itch when I pay full price like TOTAL's FIRST CD!!!!
Too many of our artists are showing us that the upside to their lifestyle is fly outfits, cars, "bling bling" etc. but when you continue to make a less than quality product, why should I give you my hard earned money.
Bring on the $9 or less CDs!!
