there is a saying my dad told me once "don't take medicine for anybody". true in the fraternal context especially when you're fresh off the wood you are all gung ho, super NUPE etc. BUT... this bruh sounds like trouble plain and simple so it's best to let him take the heat he will inevitably attract to himself. in summary, if it's a one time event (e.g. one of the bruhs gets into it in a party or something, then you should help out. this "k" is an idiot and should not be encouraged in his folly.
