Hrmm . . . I put the quote in for your viewing, perhaps inspiration, and maybe the sharing of your experiences that might be similar and worthwhile. However I am not sure of the authorship of the quote itself, its pretty popular in leadership circles and I don't want anyone to believe I am claiming authorship.
