Tonight's Law and Order Criminal Intent on USA showcased a wealthy old white man who was married to an Asian woman. At the end he got really pissed at her for recording their conversation and getting him arrested so he spouted racist epithets about her and their son. She said "how could he say those things?" Was he just pissed or is he racist? Perhaps both since being married or having a friend doesn't mean you don't hold certain views or take advantage of the group which your spouse or friend are a member.
