Well.......first I would stop typing on a message board searching for advice and start making phone calls. I've called credit card companies in the middle of the night.....and my bank has 24 hour customer service. Request to be put on fraud alert to alleviate the identity theft business. Honestly though, if the thief was dumb enought to make withdraws.....chances are hes too dumb to do anything else.
Unless your local law enforcement has down syndrome......there should be no reason why they couldn't capture the villain using license plates, description, security cameras, etc.
