Alum Assoc TIN stolen! Help!

Hey Everyone,
I'm not certain if this should go under Risk Mgmt or Alum stuff, so please move if necessary.

Tonight my sister was putting groceries in her car when a guy drove up to her car, literally so close he physically hit her, grabbed her purse and peeled out of the parking lot. She's fine, but firey mad!!! She got the guys tag #, decription, etc and the police are locating him. She was able to confirm that he withdrew money out of her accounts within about 20 minutes!!! How's that for a Merry Christmas.

Here's the fun part. She just opened a new bank account for our alumnae association this week....and still had the TIN paperwork, etc in her purse. She has placed a hold on the account and will close it tomorrow morning, but the TIN paperwork, which is now in the hands of the thief, is under my name, address, and SSN.

I've got to call the bank and the rest of the planet tomorrow to cover myself with the SSN, but as far as TIN's for an alumnae association, I hardly know where to start. I know there are some legal minds on here....any advice? Would my FHQ have any idea? Please help!!!
