We call them seven layer bars. I have to make cookies to mail my boyfriend and my grandpa and feed my study group (I make up for my lack of smarts by baking) and I think this year I'm doing:
Sugar cookies
White Lace Inn cookies (thanks valkryie!)
Snickerdoodles
White choc. chip cranberry
Date bars
I usually bake a billion cookies the night before an exam to try and calm down.
